Well April has come and gone, and I did a really bad job of posting about what we have been doing. Both Weldon and I had our birthdays in April; Weldon on the 8th and me on the 14th. Weld0n was on a business trip for his birthday so we had to wait until he got home to have cake and celebrate. For his birthday he got a new knife, a knife sharpener, and a new wallet. For my birthday Weldon surprised me with a new purse and wallet that are gorgeous and that I LOVE!! He is so sweet to me. He is cute though because he was so excited that he couldn’t wait until my birthday to give it to me so he gave it to me before his trip. On the day of my actual birthday we went to Wayne and Lucinda’s house to play with cousins and try to get some family pictures before the wind picked up. By the time we got there it was already pretty windy and we weren’t able to take a lot, but Cinda did take some cute ones for us inside.
I liked these two. She took some outside ones too but it was so windy that my hair looks pretty crazy.
The kids also got to jump on a trampoline for the first time and thought that was lots of fun.
Kaci couldn’t keep her feet under her but she giggled the whole time.
Justin stayed on the porch for the longest time reading the kids stories. He is always so good and the kids just love him. Carson is awesome and lots of fun too but I didn’t get any pictures with him. Those two boys were so sweet they each made me a birthday card and gave me hugs. They sure are fun!
Auntie Cinda also took the kids out to look at the chickens and play.
The kids had so much fun and were so sad when we had to leave. I am so glad we have good family to visit with.
I also made the kids playdough. Green for Colton and purple for Kaci. They had lots of fun playing with that.
April was a good month for us and we had lots of fun, it just seemed to go by so quickly!!
