Mommy's helper, and Alarm Clock!

Oh what would I do without Colton? Probably get a lot more sleep and have a much cleaner house... but I wouldn't laugh as much or have as much fun either! Although, when it is 4 in the morning and he has already been up for two hours and going strong it is hard to think that cheerfully! But I would not trade him for all the sleep in the world! He is also in the opening cubbords stage and likes to pull things out one by one. I don't mind this too bad because it keeps him happy, I just moved all of the dangerous stuff out of reach and let him make a mess, the only down side is I have to keep putting all of the stuff away every couple of hours and have decided that trying to keep it organized is pretty much pointless. He is fun to watch though. Another thing he has started doing is 'helping' me unload the dishwasher. He is pretty funny because he likes to pull out each piece of silverware and drop it directly behind him and he is fast! In one picture he is making his "strong" face as he is trying to pull out the silverware holder. He cracks me up! The other dishwasher picture he is just posing for the camera. The picture of him in his crib shouldn't exist because he should have been fast asleep, but he had other ideas, so when I went in to get him this is what I found. What a pill! The first picture is of him trying to be a puppy, I guess. He started dragging things around like that after Thanksgiving so I guess he must have learned it from one of the puppies there or something! Either way it is cute though! What a fun kid, our lives would definately be empty with out him.

Update

Not a whole lot has happend here, but I have taken some cute pictures of Colton! Here they are. The top two are of Weldon and Colton playing, they are so cute and it is so fun to watch, Colton ADORES his Daddy! In the next one Colton got a yogurt melt stuck on his cheek and wasn't coordinated enough to get it off, at first he wasn't too happy about it, but as soon as I got the camera out he decided it wasn't so bad. The next two are just cute pictures of Colton where he has pulled himself up. I still can't believe he is big enough to do that!

Thanksgiving

Wow I didn't even realize that we had some pictures of Thanksgiving until I was going through the camera. I know it was a while ago but I decided to go ahead and post on it anyway. We spent the holiday with the Payne family and had a lot of fun. There were so many people and little cousins that wanted to love him that Colton got a little frazzled at the very end, but I do think he had fun playing with cousins and being loved on by Monie and Grandpa, oh and he really liked the puppies. In fact he kept trying to eat the puppies! But with the exception of a few times that he managed to crawl into Baxter's cage I think we kept the puppies pretty safe. It was good to see every one and I can't believe how big all of my little nephews are getting! Sorry this is so late being put up!
