This past weekend Weldon and I took the kids on a picnic. We had lots of fun and because of the breeze blowing it really wasn’t too hot. We ate and flew a kite and just had lots of fun!

We had such a fun day and it sure was nice to get away for a few hours. (Colton took this picture of us, I think that he did pretty good!)

On Monday we went to walmart and went to the craft section and got some little wooden cars and some paint for our Family Home Evening activity. The kids loved it, especially Colton, and it was fun for Weldon and I as well.
Colton was pretty proud of his artwork and wanted everyone to see his orange car.
While we were waiting for our cars to dry we ate some cheese cake and admired our cars. It was lots of fun and Colton and Kaci were excited to have some more toys to play with.
